What is needed to cancel?
- We require at least two (2) weeks of notice, before your intended last lesson, to cancel swimming lessons per our class policy.
- We are generally unable to reduce this notice requirement.
- If you have a medical certificate, please contact us. We may be able to offer suspensions or a shortened cancellation notice requirement for medical reasons.
- Outstanding make up classes must be booked before submitting your cancellation request as they cannot be accessed once the cancellation request has been sent to us.
- The cancellation process is different for MyPortal and App users. If you are unsure what your centre uses, please contact us.

BlueFit Swimming MyPortal customers:
This section is for users attending facilities which use the online BlueFit Swimming MyPortal site. If your centre uses the BlueFit Swimming app, please skip to the next section.

BlueFit Swimming App customers:
This section is for users attending facilities which use the BlueFit Swimming app.
Class cancellations for App users must be made by completing a cancellation request form through the BlueFit Swimming App.
- Open the BlueFit Swimming App and log in
- Tap the 'Account' icon at the bottom right-hand side of the screen
- Select your child's initials
- Once you have accessed your child's profile, select 'Enrolments’
- From here, you can indicate the date on which you wish to cancel. Once all fields are completed, please click ‘Yes, please drop’ to confirm.
When will I receive cancellation confirmation?
You will receive email confirmation of cancellation, including the last debit date and class, shortly after submitting the form. This may take a while (up to 2 weeks) as we confirm and process your cancellation.
You can expect the date of your last class to be 2 weeks from submitting your cancellation request.
Can I reenrol?
We would be happy to process reenrolments after cancellations. Your swimming records will remain in our system and allow us to continue where we left off.
